Who are we?

Formally known as a bridal boutique. We opened in 2013 as a bridal boutique, with a beautiful shop in St.ives. In 2018 we transitioned into a women’s wear fashion boutique and build an online store too. We are a small family run business and chose to close our St.Ives store in August 2023, we are now online only however we do attend events through out the year in East Anglia. Every order means the world to us as we love our brand and what we do. So thank you for choosing to shop with us. 

 Can I return my order?

You have 14 days to return any order placed via our website for a full refund. Please see our refund policy for full terms and conditions. 

How do I return my order?

When returning your order, the postage is payable by you. We do not offer free returns. You will need to print off your returns form (You will find this in your shipping confirmation email) fill that form out, place it in the package with your order and send it back to our address. We advise you to send your orders back tracked via Royal Mail. 

How long is delivery?

Our delivery is currently 3-5 days. Please see our shipping policy for full terms and conditions.

I want my order sooner, Can you offer quicker delivery? 

If you need your order urgently please send us an email at info@honeybboutique.co.uk and advise us when you need it by and we can see if there is anything we can do with a quicker delivery time.
